Majestic fjords and high mountains best describe the part of Norway we visited. We toured just a small part but the zigzagging up and down the long fjords made it seem a long trip. The scenery changes from one fjord to another along with the weather. Mist hangs around in the valleys or on the mountain tops adding to the drama of the rugged landscapes. Norway is a refreshingly clean country where luckily most people speak english as norwegian is unpronounceable in the main. The roads are good, hotels are excellent and they eat a lot of fish!
